This website sets no cookies

We measure our audience ourselves, without cookies or third-party tools: page views, where visits come from (referring site, campaign), scrolling, button clicks, sections read, time spent and performance indicators. A visit identifier is kept in the browser tab for the duration of the visit only. The server derives a visitor identifier from the IP address and the browser, mixed with a secret value that changes every day: the IP address is never stored and the identifier cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. This data is used only to improve the website and is deleted after 25 months. This measurement falls under the consent exemption for audience measurement trackers set by the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Forms

On forms, we measure the journey (field used, step reached, error) but never what you type, unless you send it. When you click “Continue” after entering your name and email address, these two details are saved so that we can get back to you if you do not finish (legitimate interest). These drafts are deleted after 90 days.

A submitted request is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for three years after the last contact. It is not shared with any third party and is used only to reply to you.

Booking

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and only loads after you click (or right after you send a request). The information entered in the calendar is processed by Cal.com to organise the meeting and the Teams call, then passed on to Némoura.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@nemoura.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
