Microsoft Applications Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how our Microsoft applications handle information in connection with their distribution through Microsoft Marketplace.
This policy applies to the following Microsoft 365 applications published by Némoura on Microsoft Marketplace: Foundry Agents by Némoura (SharePoint Framework web part and Microsoft Teams app) and Document Template Picker (the “App”).
1. Developer Data Collection
The App is a client-side application and does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data on developer-controlled systems.
Specifically, the developer:
- Does not collect personal information
- Does not create user accounts
- Does not track users
- Does not perform analytics or profiling
- Does not sell or share user data
- Does not operate any backend servers that receive user data
All functionality runs locally on the user’s device or through Microsoft-provided services.
2. Use of Microsoft Platform Services
The App uses platform services, infrastructure, and APIs provided by Microsoft.
Any data processed while using the App is transmitted directly between the user’s device and Microsoft services. The developer does not access, receive, or store this information.
Microsoft may process data necessary to operate its platform, which can include:
- Service requests to Microsoft APIs
- Device information
- Diagnostic data
- Authentication data (if the user is signed in to a Microsoft account)
- Performance and reliability information
3. Data Handling by Microsoft
All data processing related to Microsoft services is governed solely by Microsoft’s policies, including the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Microsoft acts as the data controller for any data it collects through its platform.

4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services controlled by the developer.
No user data is transmitted to external services other than Microsoft-operated infrastructure required for the App to function.
5. Data Storage
The developer does not store user data on external servers or databases.
Any temporary or persistent data generated during use of the App is stored locally on the user’s device or within Microsoft-managed environments, subject to Microsoft’s policies.
6. Security
Because the developer does not collect or retain personal data, there is no developer-side storage that could expose user information.
Security of platform-level data processing is managed by Microsoft using industry-standard safeguards.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Any data processing performed by Microsoft services is subject to Microsoft’s own policies regarding minors.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the App or applicable requirements. Updates will be indicated by revising the “Last updated” date above.
