Do you need Dataverse for a Power Apps app?
No. A SharePoint list is enough for many internal apps. Dataverse becomes useful for related data, fine-grained security or large volumes, and requires dedicated licences.
Will our teams be able to change the app?
That is the goal. The app is documented and we train the key users who will evolve it.
Can you take over an existing app?
