Azure AI Foundry agent development

Némoura designs Azure AI Foundry agents that answer from your documents and act in your business tools. The agents run in your own Azure subscription, appear in SharePoint or Teams and use each user's Microsoft 365 identity, with no shared API key.

What we deliver

Concrete deliverables, in your environment

Configured agent

Instructions, deployed model, knowledge sources and tools, in an Azure AI Foundry project in your name.

Business connectors

MCP servers or APIs so the agent can read or update your software, with the user's permissions.

Interface

The agent on a SharePoint page or in Teams, for example with our open source Foundry Agents solution.

Test set

Reference questions to check the answers before go-live and after every change.

How it works

How a project runs

  1. Choose a use case

A frequent question or a repetitive task, identified sources and a simple way to measure the result.

  2. Prototype in your tenant

A first agent tested by a few users on real but limited data.

  3. Security and costs

Azure roles, permissions, logging and monitoring of model consumption in your subscription.

  4. Rollout and training

Opening to users, and training the IT team that will manage the agent and its changes.

Good to know

The points we check with you

Azure subscription
Azure AI Foundry agents run in a Foundry project linked to your Azure subscription; model consumption is billed there.
Source quality
An agent answers only as well as the documents it can access: up-to-date, well-organised sources matter as much as the model.
Human oversight
For actions that change data, we build in a confirmation step by the user before anything runs.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Copilot is a general-purpose, ready-to-use assistant. An Azure AI Foundry agent is built for a specific task, with your instructions, sources and tools, and you control its model and costs.

Does our data leave our environment?

The agent runs in your Azure subscription and reads your data with the user's permissions. The region and the deployed models are chosen with you during scoping.

Can the agent connect to business software?

Yes, if the software has an API. We expose it to the agent as a tool, often through an MCP server, with per-user authentication where possible.
