Inventory and classification
Map of sites, libraries, volumes, permissions, workflows and custom components: migrate, archive, delete, modernize or rebuild.
Némoura delivers SharePoint migration to SharePoint Online: inventory of what you have, a designed target architecture, content moved in waves, then modernization of customizations with SPFx or Power Platform. It is not a blind copy-paste: we classify what to migrate, archive or rebuild, and your teams take over with the documentation.
What we deliver
Map of sites, libraries, volumes, permissions, workflows and custom components: migrate, archive, delete, modernize or rebuild.
Hubs, team and communication sites, metadata and permission model designed for SharePoint Online, not a one-to-one copy of the old tree.
Batch transfers (files, lists, useful versions, mapped permissions), volume and access checks, scheduled cutover with your teams.
SPFx web parts and extensions, Power Automate flows instead of Designer workflows, training and documentation for the team that will run the environment.
How it works
What is still used, what is obsolete, what breaks in modern SharePoint: injected scripts, classic pages, InfoPath, Designer workflows, add-ins.
Information architecture, hubs, Entra ID permissions, naming and governance rules before the first file moves.
A representative pilot, then batches with business validation, incremental syncs if needed, and a controlled cutover.
What cannot migrate as-is is rebuilt with SPFx or Power Platform, deployed to your app catalog, documented and covered in training.

Questions
No. Moving files without revisiting architecture, permissions and customizations often yields an unusable environment. We handle content and modernization (SPFx, Power Platform) in the same engagement.
Depending on the source (SharePoint Server, file shares, another tenant), Microsoft's free tool or a third-party tool. We do not sell the tool: we run the project, the checks and the remediation of custom components.
They are inventoried. Unused items are removed. What must remain is replaced by a native capability, a Power Automate flow, a Power App or an SPFx component delivered in your repository.
We reduce impact with waves and planned cutovers. A short outage may be needed at cutover; it is announced and coordinated with your teams.
